FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is an alternative medical massage technique performed on the hands and feet. The appliance of light pressure stimulates various reflex zones of the body and promotes blood circulation. The stimulating and calming impulses are transmitted through pressure from the reflex zones via nerves and energy pathways to the associated organs, joints etc. Like a map, the feet reveal any weak points in the organism to the therapist. Special grips remove blockages, relieve tension and energise the entire body. Pain as well as illnesses that can be traced back to various muscle groups are alleviated or even cured.

FELSENTHERME MASSAGE MIX

A combination of full body massage, active sports massage and foot reflexology massage. This massage improves your physical condition, gives you new strength for everyday life and relieves individual tension in specific muscle groups.

This treatment lasts 50 minutes and costs € 75.00.

Shiatsu is manual, holistic bodywork. Its origins lie in traditional Chinese and Japanese health teachings.

Translated, shiatsu means "shi" fingers and "atsu" pressure in the sense of an attentive, careful touch, which is exercised with fingertips, palms, elbows, knees or feet.
Shiatsu is practiced on the floor on a mat and uses a variety of other vitalizing techniques such as stretches, rotations and swings. The greatest potential of Shiatsu lies in prevention, the activation of the body's self-healing powers and an increase in physical well-being.

Note: Shiatsu is a commercial treatment method and cannot replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
