Enforcement procedure

If you receive an unsatisfactory response from the above-mentioned contact option, you may file a complaint with the complaints office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (external) with limited liability (FFG (external)). The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the complaints office contact form (external).

The FFG examines complaints to determine whether they relate to violations of the Web Accessibility Act, in particular shortcomings in meeting accessibility requirements, by the federal government or an entity attributable to it.

If the complaint is justified, the FFG will issue recommendations for action and propose measures to the federal government or the affected legal entities to eliminate the identified deficiencies.
