Delivery Conditions
§ 4 Performance Time, Performance Deadlines, Delivery
(1) The service must be performed at the time, place, and agreed extent or quantity specified in the contract or order. The performance period begins on the order date/order date.
(2) The delivery of goods and vouchers from Felsentherme Bad Gastein is carried out digitally and via Austrian Post under the applicable conditions. Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery is subject to availability. If ordered goods are unavailable at the time, the customer may choose to cancel the order or be placed on a waiting list for possible subsequent delivery. If the supplier of Felsentherme Bad Gastein fails to deliver to Felsentherme Bad Gastein despite contractual obligations, Felsentherme Bad Gastein is entitled to withdraw from the contract. In any case, the customer will be immediately informed of the unavailability of the goods.

Admission tickets are sent via registered mail through Austrian Post AG (current shipping costs apply).
Returns and Cancellation Policy
§ 7 Right of Withdrawal
(1) Felsentherme Bad Gastein is entitled to withdraw from the contract wholly or partially in cases of performance delays, the business partner's insolvency or insolvency rejection due to lack of assets, suspension of payments, or force majeure.
(2) Customers who are consumers as defined by the Consumer Protection Act may withdraw from a distance contract (or a declaration of contract made at a distance) within seven working days of receiving the ordered goods. For consumer customers from Germany, we offer a statutory right of return of 14 days from receipt of delivery. It is sufficient if the withdrawal declaration is sent within the deadline without giving reasons; Saturdays are not considered working days. In the event of withdrawal, a full or partial refund of the purchase price will only be made in exchange for the return of the goods received by the customer. The customer bears the costs of the return. The goods should be returned unused, in a resalable condition as new, and in the original packaging. For items that show signs of use or whose packaging is damaged, we will charge a reasonable fee for the depreciation. The same applies if accessories or parts are missing upon return.

Payment Options in the Felsentherme Bad Gastein Online Shop
a) Payment with Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard)

The customer can pay for items online using a credit card. Felsentherme Bad Gastein reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases. Payment by sending cash or checks is not possible.
In the case of online payment methods, the customer expressly authorizes Felsentherme Bad Gastein to collect the due amounts at the time of order placement.
For payments made in advance, the customer must transfer the full invoice amount, specifying the intended purpose, within five calendar days after receipt of the order to the Felsentherme Bad Gastein account. Felsentherme Bad Gastein reserves the item purchased for a period of five calendar days.
Upon dispatch of the goods, the invoice will be sent via email or, if no email address is provided, by post to the billing address specified by the customer.
If the customer is in default of payment or if a direct debit is returned, Felsentherme Bad Gastein reserves the right to claim default damages (e.g., collection fees, reminder fees, default interest, return fees).
Offsetting against payment claims of Felsentherme is only permitted with claims that have been legally established or are undisputed.
The buyer identifies themselves by providing the following mandatory personal information:
First name, last name, address, telephone number, email address (prior registration is not required).
